Modern Family will be returning for a sixth season, ABC revealed today as it announced its fall line-up. As ABC's top-rated show, the show's renewal does not come as a surprise. ABC has again decided to keep renewals until the last minute, unlike the other networks which have frequently announced renewals for the top shows months before the May Upfronts.
