you came from german,so it's totally common to a foreigner who can't understand the chinese pop music.even for me,sometimes can't understand it neither.i mean i know what the lyric says,but don't get the meaning he exactly wants to express.and the melody and style isn't comfortable neither.i soldem listen those chinese songs,except some pop star i really care.but,very few of them i must say.:)

BoA is a korean singer,and now she's developing her career in japan.i once heared her songs,didn't like neither.there're some nice japanese bands such as Shonen Knife and 5,6,7,8's.i didn't know them till my friend recommend their songs to me.the music from japan and korea are really popular in china these days.youth crazy about their music.and there're really lots of brilliant singers also. but i just listen to them once in a while.i like Dynamic.Duo which is fine too.but i'm still not sure where they come from, kroea or japan:)

Fahrenheit is a chinese band,actually taiwanese and it's really cool and talented,although i don't know much about them.l do love one song of them"i only have the feeling for you."nice song,worth trying it.

Faye Wong is also a chinese singer.she's superb,and with lots of famous songs.but her style is really similar to The Cranberries .

you gotta try 12 grils band,and that's the essence of chinese traditional music.
