Mistresses is currently in production for season four of the ABC series, and there is a new bit of casting news available. Tia Mowry has landed a recurring role on the series.

Deadline shared a bit about her role on the series:“[Mowry will] play Barbara Rutledege, an important, quick, cutting-wit literary agent who signs Karen (Yunjin Kim).”

Mowry is no stranger to television audiences. She recently wrapped production onInstant Mom for Nick at Nite, and she has a recurring role on Rosewood.
