Choosing a partner is a very difficult task, especially is to find a Mr or Mrs Right. I feel that everyone in the world take this choice of partner seriously and they think differently too. For example, some man prefer to find a wife who is active and likes to have fun while others will like their wife to be hardworking and diligence.

Similiar to other Asians, Chinese places family as the first priority. To be a good wife, the first thing she needs to do is to take care of the family. She has to be a good wife and at the same time excel in the role of a mother. There this chinese saying," Man will work outside while woman should stay in the house".

It actually means that, the role of a wife is to take care of her husband amd son. However, time has changed. More and more woman are focusing on their family and at the same time their career. Not only they work hard to take care of the family, they are striving hard at work.

In the past, most Chinese got to know their wives through friends or match making session arranged by their parents. Now, more and more people have other ideas to make new friends, get into a relationship and finally marriage. I have a friend who got to know his wife through an interesting manner. Because he has to fly frequently, he noticed this adorable air stewardess and decided he must find a way to know her. Thus, he will keep asking her for a drink. Finally, he managed to talk to her after the 10th cup. At the end of the day, she became his wife.
