greenfood
We eat food every day but few of us ever take a second to think about what kind of food we are eating. What a surprise it would be if we know that many of the foods we eat are harmful to our health. Based on this, we should eat green food rather than those potentially contaminable ones.
</SPAN>Green food is a new notion brought about by biologists only recently. It is called green not only because of our association of nature with the color green but also the naturalness of the food. The naturalness of the food lies in that it is not processed chemically and it does not contain anything that is artificially added to it. Technically speaking, green food is a kind of food that is not subject to chemical processing and is genetically pure.
</SPAN>There are three reasons for using green food. One, green food is good for health and safe to eat. The use of green food will keep mankind from chemical poisoning. Two, green food is less costly. Green food comes from nature and there is no need for processing; therefore, it is cheaper than chemically processed foods. Three, green food is more nutritious. Nutrition is mostly lost during the processing. No doubt naturally grown food provides the best nutrition.
</SPAN>In order to promote green food, the foremost thing we should do is to tell the public the good of using it and encourage consumers to choose natural food rather than those beautiful looking foods.
