中央纪委1月15日发布了《中国 *** 第十八届中央纪律检查委员会第三次全体会议公报》。公报指出，要坚持以零容忍态度惩治腐败，坚决遏制腐败蔓延势头。

各级党委(党组)特别是主要领导必须树立不抓党风廉政建设就是严重失职的意识，主要领导是第一责任人。

Chief officials of Party ans at all levels should be aware that failing to curb corruption is a serious breach of duty. They will be the first to be held responsible if corruption occurs in their field of responsibility.
