谁知道细菌培养基KMB的配方和用途啊，急用！谢谢

金氏培养基(Kings Medium)用于检测假单胞菌产生的青脓素。

KMB (Kings Medium B Agar)

20g Proteose Peptone No. 3 (Difco)

1.5g K2HPO4

0.738g MgSO4 (Anhydrous) or 1.5g MgSO4*7H2O

10ml Glycerol

990ml ddH2O

15g Bacto Agar

Mix Proteose Peptone, K2HPO4, MgSO4, and ddH2O till in solution. Add glycerol with a pipette. Rinse the pipette in the solution to remove residual glycerol from the inside of the pipette. Adjust pH to 7.4. Add agar and autoclave.

金氏培养基(甲)

蛋白胨20g，无水氯化镁1.4g，无水硫酸钾10g，琼脂15g，甘油10ml，蒸馏水1L。

将上述成分加热、溶解，调pH至7.2，分装试管，118~121℃灭菌15min，制成斜面和高层备用。
