该曲的现场表演：
“Earth Song”的处女秀是在95年德国的流行音乐电视节目“Wetten Das”。之后在该单曲在英国大获全胜后，Michael Jackson在96年的英国音乐奖的颁奖典礼上现场表演了该曲。同年的世界音乐颁奖典礼上也有该曲的现场表演。96年的英国音乐奖的颁奖典礼上Michael Jackson表演“Earth Song”时出现了备受争议的一幕——某乐队成员Jarvis Cocker跳上舞台抗议MJ的救世主形象。尽管有此不快，这次英国音乐奖上的表演仍然成为了英国音乐奖的电视直播史上收视率最高的一次现场表演并将单曲从#38推升至#16。这支歌曲后来在“HIStory”文莱热身演出上以及所有的“HIStory”演唱会上都有表演。
